High tensile carbon steel for anchoring structural supports to concrete foundations
Expansion anchors are high tensile carbon steel or stainless steel fasteners for structural applications designed for usage in masonry base material which provides strong holding power on expansion. Based on the requirement and operation, we can classify expansion anchor into two categories, pre-expanded and un-expanded. The pre-expanded expansion anchor is inserted in a predrilled hole compress and then exerts force to create the holding power. The un-expanded expansion anchor requires the anchor to be set after it is installed into the predrilled hole in the masonry.
High tensile carbon steel or stainless steel fasteners for structural joints
High tensile carbon steel or stainless steel nuts for bolt tightening applications.
Stud Bolts are custom cut threaded fasteners commonly used with two nuts on either side, substituting a usual “bolt & nut” assembly. Carbon steel or stainless steel stud bolts are prominently used with pipes and flanges in the oil & gas industries.
High tensile carbon steel or stainless steel threaded rods for structural applications.
Torshear bolts or TCBs are high tensile carbon steel preloaded fasteners for structural joints and are replacing conventional high strength friction grip bolts and swaged collar rivets simply because they are quick and easy to install using lightweight electric shear wrenches.
High strength TCBs are used in a wide range of applications from bridge splice plates to beam-to-column connections, from stadia roof trusses to rail switches and crossings.
The combination of superior tensile strength together with phenomenal ductility result in a universal bolt that can be employed in almost all steelwork connections.
Hardened or non-hardened carbon steel or stainless steel circular washers for surface bearing applications.
A shear connector is a steel projection provided on the top flange of steel composite bridge girders to provide necessary shear transfer between the steel girder and compositeslab to enable composite action. The most widely used form of shear connector is the headed stud, or shear stud. Other forms of shear connector are block and hoop, and channel connectors.
Mill Test Certificate (MTC) Type 3.1 is a quality assurance document certifying that the product has complied to governing standards and is validated by an independent authorized inspection representative.
DYNO® Structural fasteners with MTC Type 3.1 allows 100% traceability to ensure quality standards are met, assuring end users to procure with a peace of mind.
Prevent self-loosening bolted joints with DYNO® SELFLOK. The bevelled design strengthens the interlocking system that resists vibration and secure bolts tightly — even during extreme vibrations or dynamic loads.
DYNO® SELFLOK for anti-vibration bolt joint applications:
More efficient than conventional washers, DYNO® SELFLOK can save overall time and maintenance cost.
