Forget Password

From the login page, you may click on the "Forget Password" button.
You will be prompted to enter recovery email. Once done, click on the "Reset Password" button. You will receive a link with token to reset your password rmation of the file uploaded.
Shop Online

By click on the marketplace icon (the icon on the left of the cart icon), you will be redirected to the shop online page.

You may filter out the product based on your expertise or knowledge of the products.
  • System of Measurement (Metric or Imperial)
  • Material
  • Thread Type
  • Drill Point
  • etc.
If you are very clear about the products wanted, you may even search by the product name.

Alternately, you may browse by the following criteria:
  • Head Profile
  • Product Categories
  • Applications
  • Brands
Your result will be shown on the right panel.
To view the details of the product, click on the product name.

From the product detail page, there you be a minimum order quantity (MOQ), you may edit the quantity to quantity wanted but not less than the MOQ.

There will also be additional options whether to
  • Paint Screw Head
  • Purchase Test Service
Once you have done the steps above, you may click on the "Add to Cart" button. The product added will be shown in your cart.

If you wish to have a painted head screw, mark a tick on the "Yes" option under Paint Your Screw Head section. You will be prompted to select color wanted.

Once done, click on the "Select" button to save the color chosen.

If you wish to purchase test services, mark a tick on the "Yes" option under Test Service section. You will be prompted to select services wanted.
You may select more than one test services. The charges are shown under respective service name.

Once done, click on the "Select" button to save the selected services.

From your shopping cart, select the products you wish to RFQ by marking a tick on the product in your cart and click on the "Checkout" button.
You will be redirected to fill in shipping information which includes
  • Ship To Details
  • Bill To Details
  • Notify Party Details
  • Shipping Preferences
Once done, click on the "RFQ Now" button. You will get an RFQ No as reference no to track your RFQ status.
Message

From the Message menu, click on the "Compose" tab and you may start to compose message.
Select the topic of the message and enter the subject and message in respective textbox.
If you have any attachment file, you may click on the "Attach" button to upload you file.
Once done, click on the "Send Message" button.
Request For Quotation (RFQ)
From the Request For Quotation menu (RFQ for short), there will be a list of RFQ sent. Each RFQ has RFQ No as referece purpose, to track RFQ status.
You may also refer to the status column to check if the RFQ is pending for your action.
To view the RFQ details, click on the RFQ No.

When you receive the quotation, check the price of the products place in the RFQ.

Once done, you may click on the "Accept" button under the product list, you RFQ will be converted to Order.

To upload Purchase Order (PO for short) attachment, click on the add icon button to upload the PO attachment file, and enter the PO Number in the textbox provided.

Once done, click on the "Submit" button to save.
Order
From the Order menu, there will be a list of orders.
Each order has respective Order No as reference no. You may click on the “Order No” to view the order details.
To view the Order details, click on the Order No.

Depending on the payment term for the order, you may be required to make advance payment.

Before making payment, click on the invoice link under to check the invoice details and amount to be paid.
Once the payment has been made, click on the “Add” button to submit your remittance advice and wait for the admin team to verify your payment.

To approve Technical Drawing (TD for short), expand the product description and you may view the TD under Technical Drawing section.
Once you have verified the TD, click on the green tick button as the approval of the TD.

To check if the product requires your TD approval, look for the order with “Pending Technical Drawing Approval” status from the order list.
Shipment
From the Shipment menu, there will be a list of shipments, there will be a list of shipments, including ongoing shipments and completed shipments.
The list only shows the summary details of the shipment.
To view more details, you may click on the Shipment No.

To track the shipment status, you will click on the “Track” button in the shipment summary from shipment list.

You will be redirected to the shipment tracking page where you get to view the sailing route and the date for each stage.

If you wish to amend your document, click on the shipment no from the shipment lists.

You will be redirected to the shipment view page. You may click on the “Request to amend documents” button under the shipment details.
You will be prompted to select the document type and enter your changes to be made.

Once done, click on the “Submit” button and your request will be sent to admin team.
Transactions

From the Transactions menu, there will be a list of transactions made.

You also download the receipt voucher for the payment by clicking the download icon button of the trasaction record.
DIR

From the DIR menu, you will be able to see the list of DIR.

You may follow up the DIR based on the DIR No.

To request for new DIR, click on the “Request for New DIR” button on top of the listing. Your request will be followed up by the admin team.
My Profile
From the Profile menu, your user profile has been categorised into different tabs, which include profile detail, ship to detail, bill to detail, notify party detail, etc.

You may update your profile details by entering new details in respective textbox.
Once done, click on the save button to update the details.

There are three address details to be included before sending RFQ. You may add a new record for each address detail or edit the existing details. The default address detail is not removable.
Following are the addresses required,
  • Ship To Details
  • Bill To Details
  • Notify Party Details

To add new address, click on “Add New Address” button from the tab of the address type you wish to add.

You will be prompted to enter the address details. You may check the “Set as default” option if you wish to set the new address as default address.

For example, if you wish to add a new address for the Bill To section, click on the “Add New Bill To Address” under “Bill To” tab and fill in the details.

Once done, click on the “Add” button to save the new address.

To edit the existing address, click on the pen icon on the right of the address. There will be a pop out to show the existing address details. You may edit the details and click on the “Save” button once done.

In the Shipping Preferences and Documents tab, you may edit your shipping preferences.
Once done, click on the “Save” button to update changes. The changes will be applied to the upcoming RFQ.

To change your account password, enter your new password and confirm the password. Make sure the password meets the password rule.
Once done, click on the “Change Password" button to update the password.
